Let's be honest, kale has a bad rap. It's so hearty and nutritional that it's a shame so many people don't have it in their regular diet. But to be perfectly honest, I was never a huge fan of kale until I tried this recipe. It's so easy and yummy that even the pickiest of eaters may enjoy it.
